Design and build of a two-storey modular office building for Dubai Municipality, taken from concept perspective and authority coordinate submission through to a completed, finished and landscaped structure.
Scope covered the modular structural envelope, external cladding, aluminium and glazing, pergolas and balustrades, full internal fit-out and external works.
