MA Group is an integrated design and build contractor headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, founded in 2021 by Mohammed Abuassba. MA Group operates three separately licensed companies — Marvellous Art Decoration Design & Fit Out Co. L.L.C, M A For Building Contracting Co. L.L.C and M.A For Building Maintenance Co. L.L.C — covering interior fit-out, construction, landscape, swimming pools, joinery and facility management. The group is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and works throughout the UAE.

What services does MA Group provide?

MA Group provides six services under one contract: interior design and fit-out; building construction and civil works; landscape and hardscape; swimming pools and water features; bespoke joinery manufactured in its own workshop; and facility management after handover. Because design, build and maintenance sit inside the same group, one team is contractually accountable from the first sketch to daily operation.

Does MA Group offer design and build under a single contract?

Yes. MA Group is a single-contract design and build partner: the same group designs the space, holds the main contract for the works, manufactures the joinery and can maintain the building afterwards. Clients sign one contract and deal with one accountable team rather than coordinating a designer, a contractor and an FM provider separately.

MA Group works in healthcare (hospitals and clinics), hospitality (five-star hotels and restaurants), commercial and retail, government and public-sector buildings, and high-end private residential. Completed sectors include a five-star restaurant inside Grand Hyatt Dubai, a 15,000 sq.ft hospital new build for Aster DM Healthcare, and a G+1 modular office building for Dubai Municipality.

Can MA Group work inside an operating hospital or hotel?

Yes. MA Group regularly delivers phased works inside live, fully operational buildings. On the Medcare Royal Hospital facade and landscape renovation, patient and ambulance access was maintained throughout; at Aster Cedar Hospital and Grand Hyatt Dubai, works were programmed around continuous operation with infection-control, noise and access protocols agreed in advance.

Yes. MA Group's companies are licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism and VAT-registered in the UAE. Marvellous Art Decoration Design & Fit Out Co. Where does MA Group operate?

MA Group is headquartered at Office 101, Al Basha Plaza, Nad Al Hamar, Dubai, and delivers projects across the United Arab Emirates — including Dubai, Sharjah, Umm Al Quwain and Abu Dhabi. Completed projects sit in Oud Metha, Jabal Ali, Al Qusais, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai Investment Park, Sharjah and Umm Al Quwain.

Does MA Group build swimming pools?

Yes. Swimming pools and water features are one of MA Group's six in-house disciplines, covering pool structure, waterproofing, tiling and finishes, filtration and circulation plant, lighting, decking and surrounding landscape — delivered under the same contract as the building or villa works rather than through a separate pool subcontractor.

Does MA Group provide facility management after handover?

Yes. M.A For Building Maintenance Co. L.L.C provides planned and reactive maintenance, MEP servicing, and building upkeep after handover, so the team that built the asset also cares for it. Clients can move from construction into a maintenance contract without re-tendering or re-explaining the building.

Who are MA Group's clients?

MA Group has delivered projects for Grand Hyatt Dubai, Dubai Municipality, Aster DM Healthcare (Aster Hospital and Aster Pharmacy), Medcare Hospitals, Al Ansari Exchange, Emaar, wasl properties, Imdaad, Eurohealth Systems, Shayea Landscape, China State Construction Engineering Corporation, AE Contracting and DeCarlo, as main contractor or specialist subcontractor. Does MA Group make its own joinery?

Yes. MA Group manufactures bespoke joinery in its own workshop — reception counters, wardrobes, kitchens, wall panelling and display units. Keeping joinery in-house removes the longest lead time on most fit-out programmes and lets the group control finish quality and site fit directly instead of relying on external suppliers.
